If you would like to schedule an appointment and are unsure if your insurance covers Physical Therapy benefits call us and we will contact your insurance for you.

Scheduling an Appointment

Most insurance companies cover Physical Therapy. Depending on your plan, you can schedule your appointment with us directly or you may need a referral/prescription from your physician.  If you believe you need a physician's referral/prescription, first call your doctor and ask what is needed to begin physical therapy.  Some will require an appointment whereas others will send the referral/prescription directly to us.  Physicians can fax the referral/prescription directly to us at 720-306-3512 (fax).  You may also hand deliver the referral at your first appointment.

We accept Medicare & Medicaid!
Medicare and Medicaid require a referral or prescription from your primary care physician.

Self-Pay

If you do not have insurance or are out of network, we can still treat you! We offer self-pay options and a discounted treatment package. 

  • Single sessions are $90.00.

  • Recommended: Pre Purchase 6 treatment package sessions for $450.00 which breaks down to a discounted rate of $75.00 per session.
